Fonterra is a big, New Zealand-based, dairy producer which benefits from an optimal chain collaboration. From Grass to Glass is their daily occupation and challenge; How can they really optimize their value chain? Furthermore, the dairy industry is in transition, changes are happening on strategic level as well. To create an optimal value chain for both the short and the long term, Fonterra asked us to develop a game experience to generate more knowledge, consciousness and collaboration on the topic of the value chain. This program consists of both online and offline games. Another great and inspiring project!
